How to Unroot the Blu Studio 5.0 (Framaroot Method)

Maybe you’re sending in your device for warranty reasons? Maybe you’re going to sell it off? Either way, you should unroot your device first and regain the warranty as that’s the valuable thing. Unrooting will reinstate the warranty and make your device service center friendly. Here’s how you can go about unrooting your Blu Studio 5.0 using the Framaroot app:

I. Before You Begin:

1. You should have rooted your device using the procedure given here.

2. Your device should have at least 30% of battery life left.

II. Downloading Required Files:

1. Framaroot APK (It’s attached in the first post)

III. Unrooting the Blu Studio 5.0 (Framaroot Method):

1. Place the Framaroot APK onto your Desktop.

2. Plug in your device to your PC using the USB cable.

3. Copy the Framaroot app over to the root of your SD card.

4. Once it’s been copied, unplug your device from your PC.

5. On your device, head to Menu>>Settings>>Security and enable the Unknown sources option.

6. Open the File Manager app on your device and install the Framaroot app.

7. Once the app’s been installed, open it from your App Drawer.

8. In the app, select Unroot from the first dropdown menu and Boromir from the second dropdown menu.

9. It’ll start unrooting your device and should be done within a minute or two.

10. Reboot your device once it’s been unrooted.

11. You’re done!

Great! Your device’s been successfully unrooted and your warranty’s been reinstated so you can enjoy the perks offered by your manufacturer!
