How to Root the HCL ME U2

I. Before You Begin:
1. This will void the warranty of your device. However, you can reinstate the warranty by unrooting your device if there’s any unrooting procedure available.
2. You should have required drivers installed on your PC. If you don’t, get the latest drivers from here.
II. Downloading Required Files:
1. Unlock Root
III. Rooting the HCL ME U2:
1. Download and place the Unlock Root file onto your Desktop.
2. Enable the USB debugging option on your device by heading to Menu>>Settings>>Developer options>>USB debugging.
3. Once it’s been enabled, plug in your device to your PC using the USB cable.
4. Double-click on the Unlock Root executable file and it’ll open.
5. Click on Root button in the tool and it’ll begin rooting your device.
6. Your device should be rooted within a couple of minutes.
7. And you’re all done!

Tried but unable to root……the unlock root says “Unable to get shell root permissions”
why the heck is there other crap installing on my pc when i install the rooting software dude… no…
