TCL ELIT400NC Complete Walkthrough: Noise-Cancelling Headphones for Under $100

TCL, usually known for TVs, has recently jumped into the world of audio with a line up of different headphones. The one that really stood out to me though, especially considering the fact I’ve been doing videos recently on the new Sony noise-canceling headphones that I’ve liked a lot, was the new TCL ELIT400NC noise-canceling headphones. These headphones are being marketed as bringing some of the noise-canceling goodness of the much more expensive Sony headphones to an under $100 price point, so, naturally, I was intrigued. Now, I managed to get my hands on the new headphones so figured I’d […]

ASUS ROG Phone 2 Complete Walkthrough: Better In Every Way

While it is questionable if gaming phones are necessary, it sure isn’t stopping companies from launching them and packing them full with specs. This is the new ASUS ROG Phone II and it might be the highest spec phone out. While the original ROG Phone was already pretty impressive spec-wise, the second version here just adds even more on top of that. Now, ASUS gave a few of us some time last week with the new ROG Phone II so I figured I’d try and do a complete walkthrough on it for you guys. If you’re not familiar, a complete

Razer Blade 15 OLED Complete Walkthrough: Top Specs Meets Top Screen

When I first saw the Razer Blade 15 OLED at CES earlier this year, I wasn’t yet told anything about it yet and it was just sitting on a coffee table in a back room at the Razer booth. The thing was they didn’t need to tell me much, I could tell right then and there what they were about to show me. One of my favorite laptops to edit on, the Razer Blade 15, was getting a super bright, HDR OLED display. Well, it’s been almost six months and that laptop finally went on sale. So, I bought one

Sony WH-XB900N

Sony XB900N Complete Walkthrough: Amazing Noise Cancellation for Less

I did a video not too long ago on the Sony WH-1000M3 noise-canceling headphones and, long story, short? I (and most reviewers I know, loved them). They were good looking, had great sound and noise cancellation, were comfortable, etc. The only thing that would stop you from buying them if you were in the market for over-the-ear noise canceling headphones, was maybe the price. They are $350. Well, it seems since the success of those headphones, Sony has been hard at work trying to get the cost down on them to try and appeal to another market/go after another competitor

DJI Robomaster S1 and Me

DJI RoboMaster S1 Complete Walkthrough: An RC Car With a Cannon

DJI, the company that we’re used to seeing drones from has been branching out recently into other product types: from gimbals to pocket cameras, to GoPro equivalents, etc. Now, they seem to adding another product category to their portfolio: a battle bot? This is the DJI Robotmaster S1 and it’s technically an educational robot aimed at the “youths”. The idea is that the robot comes as a series of parts that you follow instructions to build from those (helping to give kids a better idea of how a robot functions, which I appreciate). I won’t go through all of the

Razer Core X Chroma: The Ultimate eGPU Dock

I’ve been using the Razer Core X with my Razer Blade Stealth for a while now, and it’s great. I have a GTX 1080Ti in it and it’s plugged into an ultrawide monitor, all of which translates to a great dock to edit my videos on and charge the laptop via the same cable, etc. I have to admit though, I used to have the Razer Core v2 and despite its much higher price tag, there are two things I missed from it that the Core X didn’t have: ports besides the sole Thunderbolt port, and, obviously, brightly colored LEDs.
