The Black Label series (LG’s super stylish line up) has brought you phones like the Chocolate, the Shine, and the Secret.  Well, now, they have truely outdone themselves with the new LG BL40 (I’m sure they will have a much more stylish name than that at release, of course). The Hero has a rival… Check out the new Sony Ericsson Rachael (will probably launch under an Xperia-ish name), Sony’s first Android device (and possibly their saving grace). Yes, that is right. G1 and/or Magic users might be getting an upgrade with the Rosie UI in it (HTC is now calling it Sense UI). The UI is basically what TouchFlo was for Windows Mobile and we love it! People at XDA have been trying to port the UI over to the G1 and Magic for some time now, but it just isn’t quite working as well as hoped (no disrespect to the XDA Devs). The new HTC Hero was finally announced (so you G1 users trying to load the leaked Hero ROM onto your G1’s can finally see what it would run like with the beefed up specs the Hero brings to the table). It’s not that the cute little robot has to get poked like the Pilsbury dough boy for you to first use the phone, it’s the fact that when you save applications from the Market (part of the large appeal of the Android OS), it saves them to the phone’s internal memory instead of the SD card.
