How to Unroot the Prestigio PAP4500
Need to send in your device for warranty reasons? Make sure you unroot it first to reinstate the warranty and make it service-center friendly. Here’s how you can go about unrooting your Prestigio PAP4500 smartphone:
I. Before You Begin:
1. You must have rooted your device using the procedure given here. If you used any other method to root your device, this procedure might not work for you.
2. This procedure works on Windows based PCs only.
II. Downloading Required Files:
1. Root Package (Download link’s given in the first post)
III. Unrooting the Prestigio PAP4500:
1. Download and place the Root Package archive on your Desktop.
2. Extract files from the archive over to your Desktop.
3. Turn ON the USB debugging option on your device by heading to Menu>>Settings>>Developer options>>USB debugging.
4. Plug in your device to your PC using the USB cable.
5. Double-click on the RunMe.bat file available on your Desktop.
6. Choose Unroot option in the tool to unroot your device.
7. It’ll start unrooting your device and within a few seconds your device will be unrooted.
8. You’re all done!
