Speculated to be Verizon’s next big LTE device, the HTC Vigor does leave us feeling, well invigorated. The Vigor was recently caught in the wild sporting an unique textured design which is definitely eye catching. The red and black color motif almost seems as though HTC designed the phone with only Verizon in mind. Rogers Launches Canada’s First 4G LTE Network

On Thursday, Rogers and Ericsson launched Canada’s first 4G LTE network in Ottawa. Although Rogers does not currently offer any 4G smartphone devices at the moment, it is expected to introduce 4G devices from Samsung and HTC later this year. Facebook For Android Updated With Video Uploading

On Friday, the ever popular Facebook updated its Android app which brought it in line with Facebook for iOS devices. Now, any Android device with a camera will be able to capture and upload video. Nokia CEO Confirms N9 Will Be First And Last MeeGo

Nokia introduced its first MeeGo smartphone the N9 to the world this week, as enthusiasts praised the device’s features and sleek appearance. Dev Project “ExEn” Unveiled: Xbox 360 Games For iOS, Android Coming Soon

Developer Andrew Russell has been diligently at work on a tool that will grab the attention of game developers worldwide.  Russell’s project, coined “ExEn”, is an open source software that allows developers the ability to port XNA games to iOS and Android in the near future. Nokia Introduces Official MeeGo Based N9 Smartphone

Nokia officially unveiled their first MeeGo based smartphone today in Singapore. The beautiful design of the MeeGo based device is undoubtedly sleek and sophisticated for a smartphone. Huawei Introduces 7-inch Android Honeycomb Powered MediaPad Tablet

Huawei made an official announcement today, introducing their MediaPad, a 7-inch Android 3.2 (Honeycomb) powered tablet. ChevronWP7 Will Launch Approved Windows Phone Unlocking Service for Small Fee

ChevronWP7  announced they will be launching an approved Windows Phone unlocking service pending support from Microsoft’s Windows Phone team. Chevron WP7 has been diligently working on a service for developers of all skill levels. Droid 2 Global Gingerbread Update Not Ready According to Motorola

In contrast to Verizon’s Gingerbread update information earlier in the week, Motorola has confirmed the update for the Droid 2 Global is not ready to roll out.  Verizon published download instructions for a 103 MB update which would have taken version 2.4.330 to 4.5.600 on Wednesday the 15th. Unfortunently, users are still waiting for the update.
