While other carriers are throttling their plans or offering capped data plans, MetroPCS is stepping up their unlimited game by partnering up with Rhapsody to add music to the mix. Samsung Puts The Brakes On Galaxy Tab 10.1 TouchWiz UX Upgrade Due To Bricking Issues

Disappointing news for all of the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 users still waiting around to upgrade their slate to TouchWiz UX, as Samsung has put the brakes on the update. Despite no official word from Samsung on why, it appears this is in direct result from recent TouchWiz UX user experiences including lagging graphics and bricked devices. Blackberry Playbook Will Not Get Sprint WiMAX, RIM Focusing On LTE Instead

The Wall Street Journal reports that the Sprint Network has cancelled its plans to bring WiMAX to the Blackberry PlayBook, leaving Research in Motion to focus on new plans involving LTE instead.
