AT&T Catches Up and Adds BlackBerry Bold 9900, Curve 9360, Torch 9860 to Lineup

AT&T announced today that they will be adding three additional BlackBerry handsets to their device lineup. The US carrier decided it will feature the Bold 9900 for $200 on November 6th. The smartphone features a 2.8-inch, 640×480 touchscreen, a 1.2GHz Snapdragon chip, and 720p video, in addition to a larger keyboard. If $200 is a little high for your budget, AT&T plans to launch the Torch 9860 on the same day. Ice Cream Sandwich Ported Over to the Samsung Galaxy S, Still in Alpha Stage

Thanks to a group of dedicated developers, Ice Cream Sandwich (ICS) has now been ported to the Samsung Galaxy S. When we first heard that the Nexus S had ICS ported over, we knew it was merely a matter of time before the Galaxy S got the same treatment.  The SDK is currently in a “very-alpha” stage, which implies that not everything is fully functional. As to be expected not everything will be optimized for the hardware that its running on which results in lag time and crashes. HTC Rezound Ad Shows Up In Verizon Stores Ahead of Official Launch

In the days leading up to a device’s speculated release, last minute leaks are not surprising. However, what is surprising is that an actual ad for the  HTC Rezound made its way into Verizon stores ahead of an official launch.  The featured 4G device is labeled front and center and gracefully sports a pair of Beats by Dre earbuds, red softkeys, and the face all tweens love- Joe Jonas.  If anyone doubted that HTC was going to unveil the forthcoming Rezound handset this week, this pretty much seals the deal. Barnes & Noble Speculated to Launch New Nook Color November 7th

Barnes & Noble is now speculated to launch the successor to its Nook Color Android tablet on November 7th. According to sources at The Digital Reader, the company is already prepping an entire new “Nook” department inside its retail stores. The “Nook” department will convienently house LED TVs and point-of-sale systems for shoppers interested in buying the new eReader on the spot. Microsoft Releasing Mango to All Windows Phone Devices, Regardless of Carrier

For anyone who was patiently waiting to get a taste of Microsoft’s sweet Mango upgrade, then this is the news you’ve probably been looking for. Clear Images of the Motorola Droid 4 Leak Out into the Wild

Thanks to some clear images obtained by Droid-Life, we can now see what Motorola has in store for us in the form of the Droid 4. The images illustrate what appears to be an ultra-thin handset with a similar curved corner design as the recently unveiled RAZR. The device’s back design is also reminiscent of the Droid Bionic.  From what we can gauge from the pictures, the Droid 4 looks to be a 4G LTE device with LapDock 100 and 500 compatibility. Tango Video Calling App For Windows Phone Mango Scheduled For Release November 7th

According to Forbes, Microsoft is now set to roll out its Tango video calling service for the Windows Phone operating system. Sprint Releases Over The Air Update Security Fix For Several HTC Smartphones

Today Sprint released an over-the-air update for numerous HTC smartphones in an attempt to fix a confirmed security issue. The following HTC smartphones including the HTC EVO 4G, HTC EVO 3D, HTC EVO Shift 4G, HTC EVO Design 4G, HTC EVO View 4G and HTC Wildfire S are all slated to receive the update this evening.
