Despite the Samsung Galaxy Nexus shipping without Google Wallet support (a NFC based payment service) the reliable and predictably impatient developer community has us covered in the form of an unofficial hack. Even though most Nokia N9 users are still waiting for the PR1.1 update, one user was able to play around with Nokia’s latest goods in the form of the PR1.2 update. According to a recently leaked Verizon document, Droid fans may have another reason to celebrate in the form of a white Droid RAZR. The screenshot, which was grabbed by Droid Life, appears to come from Verizon’s internal management system and outlines the unconfirmed white version of the already popular Droid RAZR handset. Verizon has yet to confirm the existence of the bleached beauty, but we’re speculating that it’s only a matter of time before we see the sleek device make an appearance next to the other white smartphones in Verizon’s lineup. Thanks to a recent Facebook post made by LG, the manufacturer has revealed which of its smartphones will receive the official Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) update first. No official release date or pricing has been confirmed for Verizon’s LTE variant of the Galaxy Nexus, but a new ad has leaked giving us a glimmer of hope that a launch lies within the near future. The ad prices the Android 4.0 enabled smartphone at $200 with a new two year contract. The $200 is at least lower than what previous rumors had the device priced at. Five years after their first collaboration, LG and Prada have announced the renewal of their exclusive phone partnership. Both companies also confirmed plans to release a third handset by early 2012. The teaser image shows off a sleek design that looks similar to the Prada K2 / P940 phone we’ve seen floating around in recent leaks. Once word leaked to AT&T and Deutsche Telekom (the company that owns T-Mobile USA) that FCC Chairman Julius Genachowski had proposed an administrative hearing for AT&T’s proposed acquisition of T-Mobile, both companies have now decided to officially withdraw their application to the FCC.
